| General Overview | Tyroh is quiet, aloof and not overly talkative outside of work hours. He prefers having his actions speak for him. He tends not to dwell too much on his past as a former enhanced super-soldier in the Angosian military. Any attempts to bring up the topic will be met with silence. If he must be in attendance, he prefers finding a quiet corner and observe those around him. Tyroh, being a former super-soldier, has to take daily injections to suppress the effects of the treatment that was given to him and other super-soldiers of the Angosian military. If he is off his injections for too long, the effects of the chemical, genetic and psychological manipulations he and his kind were subjected to in the past will start to manifest. |

| Personal History | Personal History: Tyroh was one of many castaways of an Angosian society - a non-violent, intellectual and peaceful people - who was "recruited" as a soldier for a long running conflict termed The Tarsian War. People of Tyroh's ilk were genetically, chemically and psychologically manipulated into being fierce, dangerous super-soldiers. When the war ended, Tyroh and his kind were shipped off to a "penal colony" because they couldn't be re-integrated into Angosian society. Angosia III's attempts to enter the Federation was halted when it was discovered what they had done. Angosian society finally really tried rehabilitating all of the soldiers. Results were varied but there we some successes. Tyroh was considered one of the first to show the most promise in re-integrating. When the opportunity presented itself, Tyroh applied to Starfleet Academy - with a little encouragement and recommendation from a Starfleet Captain who's vessel was assigned to assist Angosia with their efforts. Though Tyroh was welcomed back into Angosian society following his rehabilitation, there was, and is, still some deep-seated resentment that exists within him. Tyroh was more interested in joining Starfleet, an organization that was instrumental in getting the plight of former soldiers like him heard. He feels it is highy important to try and fight for, and protect those, who are either unable to do so themselves or have been oppressed to the point where those people are incapable of doing so. Tyroh doesn't know, or remember, much of his past - early childhood to mid-teen life - as much of his records from that time do not exist (like many of his former, fellow soldiers). He is hoping, however, to discover as much of it as he can someday. |
