Smells Like Teen Spirit

Mission:
Welcome Aboard!
Location: Starbase 234
Timeline: Current
Spiraling out of control.
As the starbase served the local system and the three inhabited planets located there, it stood to reason the shuttle bay they entered would be a busy hub of ongoing activity. And it was. Upon entry into the bay, Bonnie calculated a shuttle departure every 30 seconds or so, each with their own flight plan and authorized departure access codes to ensure no one was doing what they were about to do.
For the most part, the row of shuttles were standard Federation style fleet shuttles, but the further they walked the more they varied until Cody spotted something unique. He almost stopped in his footsteps, mouth gaping. "That's a type THX 1138! That's like the premier shuttle of shuttles. How did you get one of those?"
Lucy huffed, "Confiscated it off a local profiteer. They were smuggling arms or something. Anyway, it's the Commander's private shuttle now."
This information didn't sit well with Bonnie as there were regulations in place against taking private property and using it as one's own. "Should he not have turned it over to Starfleet command to deal with?" Cody eyed Bonnie and nodded in agreement.
Lucy shrugged, "What the brass doesn't know would shock you, now shut up and keep moving. We're looking for…" she was looking around for something specific. Then she locked on to probably the sleekest small ship Cody or Bonnie had ever laid eyes on. "There. An Orion Interceptor. We captured that one when we raided their camps a few weeks ago."
It was dark green and grey with a hawk-like wing spread. She looked small and fast, good for getting in and out quickly. Cody was instantly envious, that is until Lucy activated the rear hatch. Instantly the smell hit them. Cody started to gag, Bonnie coughed. "Yeah, you'll get used to it. Now in. She ushered them up the hatch and into the craft with a wave of her phaser.
The interior was decked out in reds and greens with splashes of gold throughout. From ceiling to floor were strewn draperies and beaded chains. There were various rooms sectioned off each with its own selection of beds and what Bonnie noticed were whips, chains, and harnesses of a varying sort. Cody spoke first, not able to contain his composure any longer. "Smells like a damn sex dungeon in here."
"Astute observation. You're right of course. I'd watch what you touch and where you sit if you know what I mean. Maintenance hasn't been assigned cleaning detail yet." She waved them further in, "The bridge is straight ahead."
Gross, Bonnie thought to herself as she stumbled over what appeared to be a red 9-inch phallic representation.
Cool, thought Cody as he pushed aside a curtain of colored shale scales and beads to reveal a medium-size bridge with enough seating for five. He sat in what was likely the pilot's position, Bonnie sat to his right as a copilot.
Lucy stood behind them and barked out orders. "Begin startup sequence and close the hatch." Cody slowly did as he was told despite having some issue reading the Orion control panel. He also noticed as a figure followed onto the ramp and so delayed the closure. "Open comms to the control tower." Bonnie complied then nodded when done.
"Orion Interceptor to control tower prepare to receive departure codes, Authorization Huntley Gamma Epsilon Alpha One One Three." There was a beep and a chirp on the other end then a response from a young male voice.
"Departure received and confirmed Interceptor, gates will open upon arrival. Good hunting."
"Thanks. Interceptor out." Lucy finished and the Comm channel closed. From behind Bonnie and Cody came a thud, followed by Lucy hitting the floor. The pair turned to look only to see Remal standing there, something long and red in his hand.
“Hope you don’t mind me crashing your party?” He then dropped the dildo to the floor, leaned down, and checked to make sure Lucy was breathing and unconscious. “Let’s get you tied up nice and cozy, shall we.”
“Thank you, Remal.” Bonnie said gratefully. She stood and assisted him in binding Lucy’s hands and feet with pieces of draperies and things they found throughout the ship. When done, they went back to the bridge.
Cody asked, “So, now what?”
“Well now…” Bonnie began, but Remal talked over her. He was older, he was more experienced, but in this moment he was, according to Bonnie, being rude, even if his heart meant well. .
“We go rescue the Liberty. They have obviously been compromised and could use our help.”
“Now just a darn minute. I say we take Commander Huntley into custody. He obviously has something to do with this whole situation, he and his trollop.”
“Boys…” Bonnie tried to interject mildly.
“Until we have proof he’s involved Huntley is beyond our grasp right now. We have to get to the Liberty.”
Cody pointed to Lucy, his voice growing louder as they argued. “Right there’s your proof. She had his access codes.”
“Excuse me…” Bonnie tried a little louder.
“What do you want to do, walk right up to him and demand he surrender to you? On what grounds? He’ll laugh you right back to the brig.”
“What you’re suggesting is no better. You basically want to take Bonnie and hand-deliver her right into the hands of the Orions. I can’t let you do that.” Cody argued.
Bonnie eyed him with hurtful respect. In his protective way, he was belittling her. She knew that wasn’t his intention but it still made her feel hurt. She burst out, “Stop it, both of you!”
They grew silent and gave her their full attention. “Now, I appreciate what each of you is trying to do, but I have to side with Remal on this one. Right now we have the door codes. The tower is expecting us to take off. If we stay here much longer, they will know something is up.” She turned back towards the console to check the startup status then turned back again.
“Besides, the Liberty has contingency protocols for Pirate boardings. I’m sure they are probably kicking ass as we speak, assuming she has a good crew. You know your wife well, right Remal? Do you think she’s a survivor?”
Remal couldn’t help but smile. “Knowing her, she’s beaten them all up and is on her way back right now.”
“Then it’s settled, Mr. Devilrall if you please, you have a promise to keep.” she sat back and closed her eyes, pride filling her heart for taking control of the situation. She wondered if she sounded like her mother. It was something she rarely did, letting go, but sometimes that side of her simply had to boil to the surface.
Cody eyed Remal, who just shrugged. “Alrighty, the boss has spoken. Liberty, here we come.”
