Heading to the bridge

It was a long day and Harry was tired and needed some sleep, but with his duty shift not being used to the ship just yet, however; Harry slumped down on the sofa for the last four months since his arrival nothing had caused him to be called up, however, fate would soon be calling him to action. After all his Bridge duty shift was Gamma and he had to be alert for that as he headed to bed.

=six Hours later=
Harry awoke to the sounds of his alarm chirping as he started to wipe the dirt from his eyes and began to slip out of his bed, he thought to himself ~ another day and another shift~ as he walked over to the replicator to gain a fresh uniform and then carried on to the bathroom to have a shower, Shortly afterward Harry exited the bathroom he picked up his uniform and got dressed making sure that he had his warrant card on his person and his weapon.

He looked at the clock on the side of his bed and knew that he might be late and did not want to be tardy, he walked and the living room and quickly ordered a sausage sandwich, Whilst waiting for his meal to arrive, Harry took a quick look at his schedule and saw that it was his turn to do Bridge duty, however, he did blame his father for making leave Kerry the way he had and force him to join Starfleet as the meal appeared in front of him. It had also caused a rift between him and his mother who had taken the side of her husband over Harry who had hoped that Harry would come around and see that Kerry was not right for him,

But Harry knew that it would take time for him to calm down and speak to them without blowing up at them and also to give his father some space as well, as he picked up the sandwich was started to eat it, he hoped that nothing bad was happening before he got up onto the bridge as he had read somewhere that they were going to the place where the Genesis planet had once been and the rebirth of Ambassador Spock. He also had read that it was off limits, he asked himself why would we come here? As he finished the sandwich and then wiped his mouth with a cloth. As Harry walked over to the Mirror to check that he had not missed any mess or had got anything on the fresh uniform that he had just put on, Harry saw that everything was fine and exited his quarters and headed towards the turbolift that would take him to the Bridge.
