Note: check my files for Chief of Tactical. Commander Gibbs knows things, which is all well and good, but some things are best kept close. He was friendly enough, yet professional. I didn't get a creepy vibe from him so maybe he's just being thorough, but there's something about him, I just can't quite put my finger on it... time will tell.
